Guidelines

 

Before the Sale 

 

• Decide which items are not for sale. Undecided items will be assumed not for sale.

• Please do not throw or give any estate contents away prior to your consultation. There's a buyer for practically everything in a typical estate sale. Our clients are often surprised when the things they thought were trash are sold.

• Establish a tentative move-out date. We're flexible but good sales take at least 3 weeks to stage and complete and sometimes more depending on the size of the sale.  We do not accept sales that have to be cleared out on a moment's notice.

 

Staging and Sale Days

 

• After we recieve the keys to the premises, we kindly request that our clients and their pets refrain from site visits during staging and throughout the sale.
